    well he is like well spoken and like...that's like 90% of like being a head coach. so like he should be successful. right?

    Exactly. As a college graduate and NBA assistant coach, it is assumed he is going to be intelligent. Being "well-spoken" and "Christian" ultimately has little bearing on being a good head coach. It was just funny to me that a google search on his qualifications brings up these points over things like X's and O's.
